Curaga Records releases new LoFi album inspired by winter and snow levels in games
November 25th, 2022 - Curaga Records has just released a brand new album in their LoFi collection, Video Game LoFi: A Winter’s Tale. Uniquely, A Winter’s Tale is a collection of 15 tracks from various artists that are inspired by icy, snow and winter levels in some of the top video games of all time. Music on the album features tracks from “Donkey Kong Country,” “Stardew Valley,” “Fable,” and more.
Video Game LoFI: A Winter’s Tale is a collaboration from many talented artists including: GlitchxCity, High Tide Lo-Fi, Save Point, Michael Staple, Besso0 and lost:tree as well as many more talented artists. Songs include chill sounds and acoustics inspired by some of video games most well-known soundtracks of all time. Travel back to your farm in “The Wind Can be Still” from Stardew Valley or venture into an icy underground cave in Icy Cave Chant from Donkey Kong Country. Each track offers surprises and tunes to get anyone in the mood for a snow day.
